Account Creation

• You may create an account using GitHub or Google OAuth

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content posted under your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

Your Content

• You retain ownership of the code snippets you create and upload
• By posting content, you grant us a license to display, store, and share your content on the platform
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share your content
• You must not upload content that infringes on third-party rights

Content Standards

Your content must not:

• Contain malicious code or security vulnerabilities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Code Licensing

At this time, Codepit is available for free. Paid plans and associated limits may be introduced in the future and will be documented here prior to launch.

Account Termination

• Upon termination, your public content may remain accessible
• Private content will be deleted according to our data retention policy

Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability
• We are not liable for data loss due to service interruptions

• Code snippets are provided by users and we do not verify their accuracy
• Users are responsible for testing and validating code before use
• We are not liable for damages caused by using code from the platform
